This is a form of Chinese medicine energy healing to activate the blood flow and circulation which stimulates the chi life force energy of the body and enhances vitality and energy.
This is important to do after you take a shower each morning to turn on the bodies energy centres to maximise energy and enhance the blood flow to the vital organs. It also works to help move the lymphatic fluids of the body which enhances detoxification and excretion of toxins.
How To Detox The Lungs
Use this two step breathing process to purge and cleanse the lungs from toxins.
I’d recommend to practice this technique outside with your bare feet grounded and connected to the earth.
You do not need to be in a sauna to do this. It’s best for beginners to practice outside in nature.
Practice inflating the diaphragm and bringing the air into the stomach region; followed by channeling the oxygen up and into the chest.
It’s recommended for beginners to do 10 breaths and then hold and for more experienced practitioners to do 30 breathes and then hold.

Ancient Chinese Medicine Slapping Technique
Practice this technique everyday to activate, boost and improve the blood flow and circulation throughout the body and move the lymphatic fluids. You can do this anywhere at any given point in time. Cup your hands as per the videos instruction, and start to lightly tap the body or use more force depending upon what feels right for you.
Tap and slap all over the body to activate the lymphatic drainage system which moves the toxins and fluid through the body to be excreted effectively. This is a great technique to help detox the body. Try it out!
Dry Brushing to Detox the Body
This is a fast and effective protocol to detox the body.
You don’t have to be in a sauna to do this. Dry brushing can be done anywhere at anytime. A great method to release toxins that accumulate on the skin.
I prefer to do this in the saunas though because it opens up the elimination detox pathways (pores) and accelerates the discharge of toxins faster.
Toxins can get stored in the muscle tissues and muscle fibers of the body and so brushing is an effective way to release them.
Get yourself a sturdy, bamboo brush and start brushing your body.

Always use stainless steel or glass kettles for boiling water to avoid microplastic exposure. Never boil tap water, always use reserve osmosis water or spring water to avoid ingesting carcinogenic chemicals that are commonly found in tap water.
