Vetiver essential oil comes from the vetiver plant, a perennial bunchgrass native to India. Vetiver belongs to the same family of grasses such as Lemongrass, Palmarosa and Citronella. Vetiver Essential Oil has a golden brown colour with a thick consistency and a woody, smoky aroma that is strong and herbal. Vetiver essential oil is commonly used as a nontoxic, healthy, men’s cologne substitute.

INSTRUCTIONS

Diffuser

Add 5 drops to a diffuser for a normal sized room, add up to 6 drops for larger spaces.

Perfume / Cologne

Vetiver is a sensational substitute for men’s cologne. Apply 1 drop to the wrists and or neck and test the skin first before applying more. Combine with coconut oil for faster absorption.

Feet

For faster absorption apply 2 – 3 drops to the soles of your feet. Essential oils absorb much faster into the blood stream when applied to the soles of the feet due to the high concentration of nerve endings. The oil can be detected within the body after 15-20 minutes from the point of application.

Bathing

Add 5 drops to hot running bath water to enhance a deeper, restful experience.

Cleaning

Add 4-5 drops to a fresh mop bucket for an uplifting, cleansing aroma when washing the floors, kitchens and bathrooms.

Storage

To sustain the oils longevity, please keep away from sunlight and store in a cool, dark environment.
