INSTRUCTIONS

Diffuser

Add 5,6 drops to a diffuser within a small room, apply more for larger rooms and spaces

Perfume / Cologne

Very commonly used as a perfume and or cologne. Apply 2 drops to the wrists and or neck, you can mix with a carrier oil or apply neat, make sure to patch test with one drop beforehand to ensure your skin is comfortable with the oil. Combine with Coconut Oil for faster absorption.

Feet

For faster absorption apply 2 – 3 drops to the soles of your feet. Essential oils absorb much faster into the blood stream when applied to the soles of the feet due to the high concentration of nerve endings. The oil can be detected within the body after 15-20 minutes from the point of application.

Add 3-5 drops to a hot running bath for a refreshing, relaxing cleanse.

Cleaning

Add 6 drops to a bucket of water with your mop when washing the floors, bathrooms, kitchens and windows.

BENEFITS

Studies have found Ylang-Ylang to have a relaxing sedative effect when diffused. It has been shown to reduce blood pressure and heart rates in both men and women. Ylang-Ylang is also an exotic aphrodisiac, which can enhance feelings of sensuality, promoting feelings of sensual awareness and self-love via the stimulation of bodily senses. Ylang-Ylang relaxes the nervous system resulting in a feeling of calmness. It’s also been found to have mood-boosting, stress-relieving, and antidepressant properties. It can be a great solution to add to a hot running bath for deeper relaxation. One of the most common uses is for perfume, as the aroma is flowery, feminine, and sacred. Ylang-Ylang is highly recommended for women’s perfume as a replacement to mainstream, toxic perfumes.
