INSTRUCTIONS

Diffuser

Add 4-8 drops to diffuser for a bedroom at home, add more for larger spaces.

Perfume / Cologne

Lavender oil can be applied to the skin as a healthy alternative to mainstream perfumes and colognes. Apply a small amount to pulse points such as the wrists and neck and combine with coconut oil for deeper absorption.

Feet

For faster absorption apply 2 – 3 drops to the soles of your feet. Essential oils absorb much faster into the blood stream when applied to the soles of the feet due to the high concentration of nerve endings. The oil can be detected within the body after 15-20 minutes from the point of application.

Bathing

Add 5 – 10 drops to running bath water for an invigorating, cleansing and uplifting experience.

Cleaning

Add 5 to 7 drops to clean water / mop bucket for a fresh, natural lingering scent, this can be applied to washing floors, windows, bathrooms, and kitchens as a non-toxic household cleaning product. It is recommended to combine with tea tree for the best results.

To sustain the oils longevity, please keep away from sunlight and store in a cool, dark environment.
