Lemon essential oil consists of a lemony, zesty, sweet, fragrance with a pale yellow or olive-like colour. It is perfect for diffusing to refresh and purify the home and workspace. The oil is cold pressed from lemon rinds to preserve its delicate nature and useful, potent properties.

INSTRUCTIONS

Diffuser

Add 4-8 drops to a diffuser for a small room, add more if required to a larger space.

Perfume / Cologne

Lemon oil can be applied to the body as a perfume replacement, add 2 drops to the wrists and or neck. Always test with 1 drop before applying more to ensure the skin is comfortable with the application. Combine with coconut oil for faster absorption.  

Feet

For faster absorption apply 2 – 3 drops to the soles of your feet. Essential oils absorb much faster into the blood stream when applied to the soles of the feet due to the high concentration of nerve endings. The oil can be detected within the body after 15-20 minutes from the point of application.

Bathing

Add 5 drops to a hot running bath for an invigorating, citrusy wash.

Cleaning

Add 6 drops to a fresh bucket of water for mopping and washing floors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms. Powerful antimicrobial.

Storage

To sustain the oils longevity, please keep away from sunlight and store in a cool, dark environment.
