The plant is native to the middle east and Europe. The peppermint essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the plant which goes through a steam distillation process.

Diffuser

Add 5 drops to diffuser for a small room at home, add 5-8 drops for a larger space.

Perfume / Cologne

Peppermint can be used as a perfume / cologne. Apply a small amount to pulse points such as the wrists and neck and combine with coconut oil for faster absorption.

Feet

For faster absorption apply 2 – 3 drops to the soles of your feet. Essential oils absorb much faster into the blood stream when applied to the soles of the feet due to the high concentration of nerve endings. The oil can be detected within the body after 15-20 minutes from the point of application

Bathing

 Add 5 – 7 drops to the running bath water, this will mix with the steam and create a detoxifying and purifying experience for the lungs when bathing.

Cleaning

Add 5,6 drops to fresh mop bucket of water for an enhanced cleaning solution.

Storage

To sustain the oils longevity, please keep away from sunlight and store in a cool, dark environment.
